New Paperbacks!

21 Sep

Just a quick note – six books are now available in paperback from CreateSpace, through Amazon:

-No Worse Enemy (The Empire’s Corps II)

-When The Bough Breaks (The Empire’s Corps III)

-Ragnarok (Twilight of the Gods III)

-Outside Context Problem (Outside Context Problem I)

-Under Foot (Outside Context Problem II)

-The Slightest Hope of Victory (Outside Context Problem III)

I’m currently waiting to see how the first three Empire’s Corps books do before I put up the remaining nine.

Happy reading!

Chris

The world is changing. How do we sign ebooks. Steven King killed the market for 1st editions by signing thousands òf 1st editions.

How to we keep the 1st edition market place in a Kindle world.

I love the smell on paper, books.

    Chris –
Thank you for making your vision available in tangible form. I hope they sell very well for you.

    Two questions for you:
    (1) Did getting them into paperback have any out-of-pocket expenses associated with it for you? Just curious in terms of rough order of magnitude – trying to figure out what the downside for you would be in putting together a 9 volume package deal for Empire Corp paperbacks, for example. 🙂
    (2) With respect to some of your self-published works, would you have any interest in getting some of the more successful professionally translated into another language (like French for example) on some kind of profit sharing basis? Just a thought …

      Hi
The short answer is that I pay CreateSpace to format them (at a cost of $230) per book. (Annoyingly, I cannot invest my royalties directly into new books.) This includes some fiddling with the cover to make it suitable and a few other things. They’re very good. . Apart from that, there is no major expenditure.
I am having some of my books translated, but I’m always open to new possibilities.
      Chris
