Coming Up for The Empire’s Corps

11 Feb

Hi Everyone

I’m just putting the finishing touches on When The Bough Breaks (The Empire’s Corps III) and I hope to upload it to Kindle within two weeks, once I’ve done corrections and suchlike. However, the real question is what comes afterwards for The Empire’s Corps

Semper Fi goes back to Avalon, as the newly-formed Commonwealth faces the first of the Empire’s successor states. A rogue Imperial Navy officer has carved out a small empire of her own, which boarders Avalon … Colonel Stalker and his men have to stop her before freedom is crushed once again.

The Homemade Insurgency will follow a very different military unit, fighting an unwinnable war; I intend it to be darker than TEC, concentrating on the tactical rather than sharing it with the strategic level.

Penal Servitude will follow a con artist who was arrested in the final days of the Empire, then given a task to do by a mysterious backer – and promised her freedom if she succeeds. All she has to do is find someone on a newly-settled world …

So … which one would you like to see next in the series?

Oh … and I now have a discussion forum.  All welcome.

Chris

I think Semper Fi would be an all action book but would be better suited for slightly later in the series as No Worse Enemy covers a naval power carving out an empire and whilst i appreciate it would be markedly different to NWE the other two suggestions would in my opinion go better first…
